Custom designed and CNC cut aluminium screens are attractive and relatively simple to produce. Once briefed on this particular balustrade and provided with the panel dimensions, I developed a series of design proposals. When the final design was selected, I refined the elements to meet structural requirements and ensure that there were no potential hazards. The digital artwork was then sent out to a CNC company for production. Once completed, the panels were powder coated prior to installation.
