A humorous quip at the late Philip Roth. I think I’m still scarred from reading Portnoy’s Complaint while I was young and naive (the naivety didn’t last long I’m afraid). The scene involving a lusty jewish lad and a hunk of liver has been firmly etched in my mind ever since. I felt it only fair that Philip Roth get to share my vision!
